Once you have completed the setup steps, follow these instructions for connecting each time and for activating the VPN.
Step 1
Double click the remote desktop shortcut file and your remote desktop should connect.
Step 2
Check that your OpenVPN Icon is green.
If it is green continue to Step 4
Step 3
If your OpenVPN Icon is not green, right click the icon and press connect.
If the OpenVPN fails to connect, please contact us by submitting a new ticket. (see below)
Step 4
Open the preinstalled browser
Do not use new one or clear cookies.
Navigate to https://www.whatismyip.org and verify that your IP address is the same as the one given you in the welcome email.
If this is correct, then continue to use.
