In your welcome email you should have received:
1) Remote Desktop Shortcut
2) Remote Desktop Computer Name
3) Remote Desktop Username
4) Remote Desktop Password
5) IP Address
Step 1
Download the remote desktop shortcut from the welcome email.
Step 2
Right click the shortcut and press edit
Step 3
The computer name and username should both be auto-filled.
Tick “Allow me to save credentials”, save and exit.
Step 4
Double click the remote desktop shortcut.
Enter your password from the welcome email
